Young People Southwark (part of Change Grow Live) supports young people aged 10–25 with substance misuse services.
I worked alongside the Change Grow Live design and creative team to design a set of fun and engaging assets to increase awareness of the service.
Given the younger audience, we wanted to create something that could appeal to them. We thought about the challenges a young person using cannabis might face. Their ups and downs and obstacles along the way. That’s when the gaming idea came to mind.

We researched and found Press Start 2P font and, after testing it, we found it to be the perfect fit for an arcade-style game aesthetic. It was used to create the campaign logo, serving as a visual anchor and helping to unify the design elements across all campaign assets.
